About the Role: We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in Fes and work on a project for a U.S.-based client in the property insurance industry. You will analyze and integrate public and vendor data to support product development, sales, operational efficiency, and business decisions. The ideal candidate has strong skills in SQL, Python, Excel, data analytics, and data engineering, along with excellent English communication and strong attention to detail. This is an on-site position in Fes and is NOT remote. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, integrate, and analyze data from public, internal, and vendor sources. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality. Build and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytical tools. Develop SQL queries and Python-based analytical workflows. Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to real-world business problems. Support ETL processes, data pipelines, and data integration. Improve data processes, infrastructure, and operational efficiency. Document data processes, methodologies, and best practices. Translate business requirements into practical, data-driven solutions. Support special projects and collaborate with internal teams. Required QualificationsTechnical Skills Advanced SQL: Complex queries, joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization. Advanced Python: Pandas, NumPy, data cleaning, transformation, analysis, and automation. Data Analytics & Modeling: Strong statistical skills and ability to apply machine learning techniques to business problems. ETL & Data Engineering: Data pipelines, transformation, integration, validation, and optimization. Advanced Excel: PivotTables, advanced formulas, Macros, VBA, and reporting. Professional Skills Excellent written and spoken English Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail Strong organization and time management Reliable, punctual, and accountable Able to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and improve Available for full-time, on-site work in Fes Education & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Engineering background is highly preferred. 2+ years of professional data analytics experience preferred. Experience working in an English-speaking environment required. Experience with U.S. or Canadian clients strongly preferred. Insurance, financial services, or other data-intensive industry experience is a plus.
